Policies & Expectations • All sales are final. No refunds. (Styles can be fixed with stylist approval.) • Final payments accepted via Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Credit, or Debit only. Before Your Appointment • If you recently removed braids, your hair must be fully combed from end to root and completely free of buildup, lint, or clumps. • If you removed a quick weave or any glued style, your hair must have zero glue left. • If your hair is not fully detangled or contains glue/buildup, there is a $30 detangling fee or your appointment will be canceled. Salon Rules • No extra guests allowed. • No children unless they are being serviced. Arrival & Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • Appointments under 1 hour have a 5-minute grace period. • All other appointments: $10 late fee after 10 minutes. • 15 minutes late = automatic cancellation with cancellation fee. Media Notice • Photos/videos may be taken during your service. If you do not want to be recorded, please notify me before your appointment. Contact • For questions, text or email only. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are receiving a service after removing braids, your hair must be fully combed out and detangled before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation. If your hair is matted or has heavy buildup, the service will be denied. All refusals and denied appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will also be charged 50%. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged 50% with no exceptions. If the card on file cannot be charged, payment will be required at your next appointment. Failure to pay a cancellation fee will result in being blocked from future bookings. If you are 5 minutes late to a consultation, it will be canceled and charged 50% without exception. Three consecutive cancellations will result in a booking ban. Any appointment canceled online forfeits the booking deposit. To reschedule using the same deposit, you must reschedule your original appointment through your booking email or text. Deposits are not transferable for no-call/no-shows or cancellations.
