DO NOT HAVE ANY BUILD UP OR GLUE IN YOUR HAIR, EXCESSIVE OILS, GEL OR EDGE CONTROL IN YOUR HAIR BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. If your hair is not completely detangled and free of glue, your appointment will be canceled or there will be a $30 fee applied(stylist decision). No additional guest allowed in the salon, ABSOLUTELY NO KIDS if they are not being serviced! Please arrive on time for appointments 30 mins or less there is only a 5 minute grace period. For all other appointments after 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled no exceptions and you will be charged the cancellation fee. All sales are final, styles can be fixed upon stylists approval. Final payment can be via Zelle, Apple Pay, Credit or Debit, Cash, or Cashapp($5 fee). CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are coming in for a service after removing braids the hair MUST BE completely combed out and detangled. Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation . If your hair is matted or has heavy buildup the service will be denied. Refusals and denied appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost. Cancellations must be done 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled APPOINTMENT. If you choose to cancel within the 24hr time frame you will be charged 50% of the service. Same day cancellations & NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 50%. AFTER 15 mins of being late your appointment gets CANCELLED and you will be charged the 50% of the service cost without question. If the card on file cannot be charged payment can be made at your next appointment. Failure to pay a cancellation fee will result in being banned from future booking. AFTER 5 mins of being late to a consultation it will be CANCELLED and you will be charge the 50% of the service cost without question. Three cancellations in a row will result in being banned from booking any further appointments. Any appointment cancelled online forfeits the booking deposit, if you wish to reschedule your appointment with the same deposit, reschedule your original appointment online through your booking email or text. Deposits are not transferable for no call no shows or cancellations.
